Since then many school children, tourists and nature enthusiasts have experienced the secret, magical world of our Indigenous Forests on his Forest Walk tours. What adds to the experience that Hynie offers is that he is a specialist on Dalene Matthee's classic book "Circles in a Forest / Kringe in a Bos" which he weaves into his presentation in an enchanting manner. He is also the author of the booklet "Introduction to the Knysna Forest", and is currently working on "The Knysna Forest" to capture more of his knowledge.
